National OHS laws briefing, what it means for you

This one hour briefing session provides an introduction to the new national OHS laws becoming law by December 2011. These laws are intended to reduce the regulatory burden on business and remove red tape, whilst delivering OHS compliance and improve outcomes for all Australians. This seminar will give participants an opportunity to find out what's been happening, what's going to happen and how the delivery of model OHS laws will influence improved OHS outcomes where it counts on the ground. It will consider the implications for OHS regulators locally and nationally, and what will need to be done to make the laws work.
